Reginald Keith Davis was born in Kansas City , Kansas in 1962. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1997, and graduated law school at Washburn University of Topeka in 2000. Mr. Davis speaks both Spanish and English and is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Johnson County Bar Association, the Jackson County Bar Association, Wyandotte County and Kansas Bar Associations, and the Missouri Bar Association.
